You’ve been doing the work, and you’re starting to feel a shift.
You are responding to your emotions and the world differently - in a way that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
You know what it feels like to be in constant survival. That feeling that something bad is always going to happen, flinching at someone’s touch, and having intrusive thoughts or memories take you out of the present moment. You know what it's like to feel the earth cracking under your feet.
But now something is shifting. You're no longer in constant survival mode — and for the first time in a while, you find yourself looking around and asking: okay, but what does it look like to actually thrive?
Thriving can look so many different, beautiful, and creative ways like:
Feeling passionate about something and following that passion
Teaching your nervous system that it’s safe to be present with joy
Asking for what you want/need from relationship with clarity
Finding creative solutions to regulating your nervous system in a dystopian world
Learning the language of somatics so your intuition comes through loud and clear
Approaching hard conversations with confidence because you know you have your own back no matter how it goes
Expressing yourself freely through the art of how you dress
Finding community spaces that sees you for who you are and feels nourishing
Discovering the role your inner activist wants to play in preventing harm to marginalized communities
Leaning into a consistent relationship with mother nature that holds you in the highs and lows
The moment where you stop white-knuckling your way through life and start wondering what it would feel like to genuinely enjoy it — is exactly what Recovering Connection is designed for.
In order to do any and all of this, you need a system for being able to read how your nervous system is responding, and use that information to make these things more accessible to you.
That is what Recovering Connection provides. A space, curriculum, and methodology to help you move through the gunk trauma leaves behind, and find the parts of yourself you want the world to see.
This is for you if you are...
Coming out of constant survival mode (in the later stages of trauma recovery) and wondering what's on the other side of it
Queer, neurodivergent, witchy, or an ally of those identities — someone who has always known you relate to the world a little differently
Tired of "regulated nervous system" being sold as the finish line, and ready for something more nuanced than that
Longing for community with people who actually get it — not just affirming care, but real celebration of who you are
Ready to throw out the prescriptive rulebook for how life is supposed to look, and build something that actually fits you
Wanting to reconnect with joy — not as a sign that something is about to go wrong, but as something you get to keep
You are exhausted by the dystopian world we are living in and want to figure out how to keep living your life while the world is burning
Hi, I'm Natalie
I'm a licensed somatic therapist, somatic coach, and fellow human navigating trauma recovery. I'm trained in 3 different somatic trauma modalities and have been witnessing the power of bringing the body into the healing process for the last 9 years.
I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2016, but my history goes deeper than that. I have experienced many types of trauma across my childhood and adulthood. I know what it's like to unpack harmful behaviors only to find they're rooted in painful experiences. I know the feeling of the rug being pulled out from underneath you — over and over again — and not knowing where to turn.
I am also a queer and neurodivergent therapist, which means I have spent a lot of time in healing spaces that claimed to be inclusive and really weren't. That experience is a big part of why I am so committed to building something that doesn't just affirm your identity — it celebrates it. That's a different thing. It makes a different kind of space.
I've watched nearly everyone I’ve worked with hit a moment where they step out of constant survival and say: I want to thrive. Recovering Connection was built to help you do just that.
What is Recovering Connection?
Recovering Connection is a 6-month group program packed with the tools, support, and community you need to create a meaningful life designed with your brain, nervous system, and identity in mind.
It brings together group somatic coaching, guest experts in alternative healing modalities, a values-aligned community, and consistent practice with creative solutions to the way you connect — with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.
This space is comprehensive and deep, while also holding the powerful truth that you are not alone. Many of your big feelings are shared — and there is a community here ready to hold them with you.
One thing that makes this unique: even though this is a coaching program, it is held by a trauma-informed therapist. I won't flinch at anything that comes up. I am strong in my ability to hold whatever surfaces, and I'll help you find additional resources if that ever becomes the right next step.
4 pillars of support
Group Somatic Coaching Sessions:
2 sessions per month (14 total). This is where the real work happens — in community, in your body, and with my full support as your guide.
Course Portal:
All recordings, class replays, and exclusive bonus content from me — organized and accessible, so you can revisit what lands for you.
01
Expert Classes:
1 class per month (6 total) with specialists in somatics, astrology, herbalism, EFT tapping, TCM/acupressure, and more. All recorded and yours for life.
03
Online Community Support between sessions:
I'll be in the community Monday–Thursday for questions, and will offer weekly prompts to keep the connection going.
02
That means 3 calls per month, plus 1 integration week. The weeks we don't have a call, you still have community support — and me.
04
A path back to all of your connections.
The curriculum moves through 4 areas of connection — in this order, because each one builds on the last.
Connection to Self
We start here because it informs everything else. This is where your intuition lives, and where your sense of self can be clarified. We'll use frameworks like attachment theory and parts work to support you in understanding the language your body is already speaking.
Connection to Community
Community is different from relationships — it's your neighbors, people who are different from you, the people you share space with. Especially right now, in a world that works hard to keep us divided, community is nourishing, fulfilling, and essential to a sense of safety.
Connection to Relationships
How do you respond to being close with people? Are you pushing people away? Isolating? How would you like to show up in your relationships? Here, your attachment patterns come into focus — and you get to decide what you want to do differently.
Connection to Earth
We close by going through the 5 elements — earth, air, water, fire, and spirit — and how they relate to your mind, body, emotions, and soul. This is a deeply integrating part of the program, designed to help you carry this transformation into your life long after we end.
My signature EDE Framework
Everything in Recovering Connection is supported by my EDE Framework — a process for moving new information from your mind all the way into your body and your life. You may cycle through this more than once throughout the program, and that's by design.
E — Explore
We combine your self-awareness with educational frameworks around the nervous system — learning the patterns you carry, the language your body is speaking, and how you interact with the world. We connect felt sense (sensations) with emotions to understand how your unique brain and nervous system are responding.
D — Digest
We notice how your nervous system and brain respond. What stories, memories, sensations arise? This is where body-based work really comes in. You'll use somatic skills to process what's coming up — identifying what needs to be released and what you want to carry forward.
E — Embody
Integration — the scary and playful part. What does it look like to take everything you've learned and let go of, and bring it into how you actually walk through the world? How you connect to yourself, to others, and to the earth. This is where it becomes yours.

EARLY BIRD BONUS ↷
EARLY BIRD BONUS ↷
Join early and get a free 1-on-1 session with me.
Because I wanted to offer something special to the folks who say yes early — and because I know how powerful it can be to have dedicated one-on-one time as you step into something like this.
Free 1:1 Somatic Session Secure your spot April 14th, and you'll receive a complimentary private somatic session with me. This is a unique opportunity to drop into one-on-one work — to process what you're learning, clarify what's shifting, and get individualized support as you move through the program.
Spots are limited, and so is this bonus. The sooner you secure your place, the sooner we can set it up.
What's possible on the other side of this work.
Here are testimonies from folks who have moved through my frameworks and programs:
"Remembering I have had my magic dormant inside. Remembering that my body was always a safe place, and that external traumas have come and gone — and I am safe now. I have my power."
— Michelle
"Finding safety in my body has brought back my bravery. I feel so much more powerful and confident in my needs and desires. During a season of great shifts, I was easily able to make big decisions and choose life-changing transitions with ease."
— Madison
"I want your joy and peace to be as accessible as the strength it has taken you to navigate trauma recovery."
I don't say that lightly — not with the state of the world right now. I know how dystopian everything feels, because it is. And I am confident in offering this work and in the power it has to help us navigate all we are facing.
I know what it's like to stare at the gap between the life you're living and the life you can envision. Recovering Connection is designed to help you bridge that gap — so that when the rug gets pulled (and sometimes it will), you know exactly what to do, and where to turn.
It's time to feel nourished by your life.
You're officially invited to join Recovering Connection.

A few things people ask
-
Recovering Connection is a coaching program, not a therapy group. That said, it is held by a trauma-informed licensed therapist — so you can trust that I won't flinch at anything that comes up, and I'll help connect you with additional resources if needed. If you're currently in an active crisis or need clinical support, individual therapy would be the better starting point.
-
This program is specifically designed with queer and neurodivergent folks in mind — allies of those identities are also welcome. If you've always felt like you move through the world a little differently than society prescribes, this is your space.
-
There are 2 immediately available payment plan options: 6 monthly payments of $750 or 8 monthly payments of $562.50. Custom payment plans are available upon request, and the full cost of the program is $4,500. That covers paying me and the other 5 experts teaching in the space. A portion of the proceeds from this group will be donated to 1-2 mutual aid organizations for marginalized communities.
-
All expert classes are recorded and uploaded to your course portal. The group coaching sessions will be recorded, as long as everyone in the group agrees to that. You'll have access to every replay — and lifetime access to the portal even after the program ends.
-
Secure your spot with your first payment by April 14th, and the free 1:1 somatic session with me is yours. I'll reach out to schedule it after enrollment is confirmed.
-
The community space will open April 27th, and our first session will be either Tuesday April 28th at 3:00pm PT or Wednesday April 29th at 11:00am PT. If there are enough people in the group, we will have sessions at both those times, and you can pick which one works best for you. Or, we will have a vote for the best time moving forward. The expert classes will be scheduled based on the teacher and groups availability.
-
There will be classes in Traditional Chinese Medicine/herbalism, astrology, somatics, EFT Tapping, emotional processing through art, and breathwork or another topic we may all vote on.
-
This group is 6 months long and takes place from April 27th - October 30th, 2026. This is only offered once a year, so it will not return until 2027.
-
This is an important question, because being in a group can be triggering for some. This group is generally for folks in the later stages of trauma recovery who have a toolbox for when they are triggered by something. This is a coaching space so we will be focused on what is happening in the present and how we want to move forward.
-
So many things! But a few are the structure and flow is meant to be flexible to different processing needs, the space will be held by a trained trauma therapist (me) so while it’s a coaching space, I have a lot of education and experience working with folks who are healing trauma, and the guest experts. You’ll be in a group and community, but you will also learn so much about how to support yourself, and what types of practitioners you might want to include in your care moving forward.
-
The truth is that everyone needs something unique from this experience. That is the whole point, is to give enough structure to have something powerful to move through, and enough space for the nuance and unique identities of each person to be held and supported. Most people will have 1 or 2 areas that feel most important to them, and that is where they will put most of their focus, and therefore see the most change. You might feel safer to receive and experience joy in your life. That could be improving your connection to self so that you can hear your intuition loud and clear, so making decisions becomes easier. We might see that you really focus on intimate relationships so you improve your ability to show up and ask for your needs to be met in a way you haven’t before. For someone else, it could be showing up in community to advocate and feeling like the news isn’t tearing them apart because they know what they are doing to help. These are examples of what we might see, but there are immense possibilities based on each person.
